Outlined below is a guide to help you get your SupportDesk system up and running in a quick and easy manner.

This guide provides an overview of topics that may be raised during implementation of SupportDesk. It is by no means a complete list, but presents a list of discussion topics that can help you getting started with your SupportDesk system.

Note: Some SupportDesk solutions are very specific such as the FOI and Case Management systems. If this is the type of implementation that has been purchased some of the topics will not be applicable.
