Maintained in “Categories”. Deadline codes can be set against a request – these do not directly set the Action Dates but are required to set the “working day/week”). They are defaulted by each of the Case Types to the appropriate value. For FOI processing they can be used to record the extension granted after a Public Interest Extension.
