What an incredible few days we had at the SITS (Service Desk & IT Support Show) event at ExCeL London last week! The energy across the exhibition hall was electric, and we couldn’t be prouder of how our Hoth team showed up — both literally and figuratively.

This year’s event was particularly special for us, as it marked the official debut of our brand refresh. After months of creative development and collaboration, unveiling our new look to the public felt like a major milestone — and the response we received? Absolutely phenomenal. The positive feedback from clients, peers, and new connections has reaffirmed that we’re not just moving in the right direction — we’re charging ahead.

Throughout the event, the conversations were flowing. From catching up with long-standing clients and industry friends to forging new relationships with curious attendees, the level of engagement was inspiring. It’s moments like these that remind us just how passionate, innovative, and collaborative the IT service management community really is.
