House-on-the-Hill Software Ltd, trading as Hoth established in 1993, is in the business of creating, selling
and supporting our own Service Management and Compliance Software. 

Our annual turnover is less than £36million and hence House-on-the-Hill Software is not required to publish a human trafficking statement.
Within our business, no slavery or human trafficking takes place. We ensure that all our
members of staff are entitled to work in the UK and:-

1. Employment is freely chosen;
2. Working conditions are safe and hygienic;
4. Child labour is not used;
5. Living wages are paid;
6. Working hours are not excessive;
7. Paid holidays are respected and meet statutory requirements;
8. No discrimination is practised;
9. Regular employment is provided;
10. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed;

And we pledge not to knowingly engage the services of third parties where there is a risk or potential risk of people being exploited as slaves. We also pledge to keep informed of and abide by statutory guidance on this matter.
