SupportDesk has a feature that allows the capture of Customer feedback, and the creation of User Surveys.
This guide outlines the principles of SupportDesk Customer feedback and explains how to create your form and integrate it into your SupportDesk operation. The prerequisites are that you have the WebServer option of SupportDesk.
- The Web Interface must have been set up and running. Access must be available to the Customers whom you require to leave feedback.
- The Anonymous login must exist within SupportDesk if the system is not running with Windows Authentication. Check that you have the Anonymous login via Settings > Logins. Create your Anonymous login if it does not already exist with the following setup:
The Login and Password should both be Anon and there must be no locks set on the Options tab:
