A Re-Vamped SupportDesk

Over the years, our developers have had a minimal approach to the design regarding SupportDesk. Being conscious not to change the UI with each release, but to progressively introduce new features.

However, we felt 2018 is our year for a dramatic dashboard styling re-vamp!
We believe existing customers will feel right at home, whilst new users can enjoy getting stuck into the wealth of features SupportDesk has to offer.

The initial transformation you will notice within the latest SupportDesk update is the shift to a sidebar navigation, as seen above. We feel this will provide customers with a more user-friendly view, and allow for an open dashboard space to work with.  We’ve reduced the menu options as well to create a cleaner UI and faster ticket navigation, so you can easily surf throughout the interface.

We’ve also adopted the latest Font Awesome 5 Pro icons. They are sleek, slim and incredibly versatile, providing an instant visual appeal whenever you log into the system! They bring a imperative change to the UI – creating a much more modern look.

SupportDesk is complete with out-of-the-box forms (with the HouseForms add-on), dashboards and widgets and, of course we’ve given them all a redesign. A new conformed colour palette and responsive layout has improved readability, and most importantly, are easily accessible for both existing and new customers.

We will be showcasing the new look styling at two shows over the next few months! These are Digitech in Leeds on the 31st October, and the Public Sector Show in Manchester on the 20th November. Come visit our enthusiastic team and learn how the new look SupportDesk could benefit your business!

We have every confidence you will enjoy the new and enhanced SupportDesk!

“There are lots of ticket management systems out there, but the customer service that we receive is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, no question is too silly to ask, and the system does everything you would want it do. It’s a good price in a competitive market with exceptional customer service.”
