Service Desk and IT Support Show 2015: another successful SITS!

This year’s SITS was full of interesting discussions and conferences about current happenings in the ITSM world, and the House-on-the-Hill stand was as busy as ever! Visitors to the HotH stand were looking to find out about SupportDesk service desk software solutions for IT service management, customer support and more, and to see how SupportDesk could optimize IT service delivery in their business.

Functionality that visitors were keen to see demonstrated included SupportDesk’s drag and drop capabilities. SupportDesk has the option to design and edit call forms for individual support processes, and to create unique dashboards for individual process managers, business areas and departments, all with the drag of the mouse.

Other popular functionality included SupportDesk’s reporting function with scheduling, reports designer and reporting templates, mobile SupportDesk for engineers accessing the helpdesk while on customer sites, and SupportDesk asset management and software licence management.

SupportDesk is a highly flexible tool and can be implemented in the cloud or on-site, across multiple business areas. Visitors were also keen to find out more about the possibilities of creating an enterprise service management tool with SupportDesk, and take a look at SupportDesk for additional business areas including FM, FOI and Complaints Management.

With visitors attending the show from all business types, sizes and sectors, the needs of service desks are broad and unique to all organisations. Public sector visitors were keen to discover the tools that are available on G-Cloud, as this streamlines the procurement process for councils, NHS organisations and local governments.

So, another Service Desk and IT Support Show that was filled with useful tips and tricks for making IT service delivery the best it can be. A big Thank You to everyone that came to visit the House-on-the-Hill stand, and to those who made the show happen.
