Joining the HotH Helpdesk Family

At the end of the first quarter of 2014, we’d like to say a big welcome to all of our new customers that have recently joined the HotH helpdesk family.

The Donkey Sanctuary has a mission “To transform the quality of life for donkeys, mules and people worldwide through greater understanding, collaboration and support.” We are thrilled to be providing their ITSM service desk software in the Cloud, so a big HotH welcome to them.

Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust are now using SupportDesk heldpesk software for the management of IT services. “Delivering the highest quality of healthcare driven by world class research for the health and wellbeing of the population”, we are very happy to welcome them to the HotH family.

East of England Ambulance Service will be using SupportDesk for ITSM, so we would like to welcome them to House-on-the-Hill. “The Trust covers the six counties which make up the East of England – Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.”

First Choice Homes based in Oldham, have a mission to “Work together to improve homes and communities, to make them places where people want to live”. They have chosen SupportDesk for ITSM and we are delighted to welcome them to House-on-the-Hill.

Evolution Money “are specialist in offering bespoke affordable secured loans to their customers”, and we are excited to be providing their Cloud service desk solution.

Canadian Diabetes Association has a mission to “lead the fight against diabetes by helping people with diabetes live healthy lives while working to find a cure.” They have chosen SupportDesk as their ITSM solution. Welcome to the HotH family!
