IT Consulting Partner: House-on-the-Hill forms new partnership with Haytek

With SupportDesk customers already spanning the globe, extending the reach of their comprehensive service desk software solutions is something that House-on-the-Hill has always been proactive in exploring. The recent development of a new partnership with Haytek: a Turkish IT consultancy and representation firm will be opening doors for HotH within the Turkish market.

After learning about Haytek’s long history and successful business enterprises, House-on-the-Hill Managing Director Iain Broadhead built a positive relationship with Haytek before forming a professional partnership. Broadhead stated: I was impressed with Haytek’s prolific presence within the IT industry and by previous success stories. Textiles also being a specialist arena for them, it will be interesting to discover new markets for our software via the platform of Haytek.

Providing consultancy, systems design and implementation services for IT, Haytek’s mission is to help organisations find the right solutions to improve efficiency and ultimately reduce costs. So, with an aim that is in-line with House-on-the-Hill’s ethos, the mutual focus of this newly established partnership will be to enable companies within the Turkish market to effectively and economically manage a variety of business areas including IT Service Management, Customer Service and Support and Facilities Management. HotH and Haytek can now work in conjunction to successfully reach more organisations, in order to help them satisfy their service desk requirements, and Broadhead added that the company is looking forward to a cooperative and enterprising partnership.
