Happy Birthday to Us!

It’s time to celebrate here at House-on-the-Hill as this month it’s our 25th birthday! Since our beginnings (starting in an actual house on a hill!) in 1993, we have been dedicated to enhancing the service management processes of businesses across the globe with our leading service management tool, SupportDesk.

In the spirit of celebration, we wanted to take the opportunity to list some of our proudest achievements: /notable moments

  • One of our first systems was shipped in 1993 and we’re delighted that this customer is still with us!
  • In the year 2000 we moved from the house on the hill to larger office premises as the company grew.
  • The growth of the business has been sustained by our fantastic team of ITIL certified HotH consultants.
  • We introduced SupportDesk in the Cloud in the early 2000s, and this has continued to grow in popularity, with Cloud systems  now making up 90% of new customer sign ups!
  • SupportDesk has evolved to support multiple business areas, with new solutions for CAFMCase ManagementFOI Request Management, and Risk Management as the most recent additions.
  • Our quality team of developers has continually kept SupportDesk at the forefront of the ever-changing global service desk market.
  • We achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2014.
  • We have continued to expand our user-base each year, with SupportDesk used and loved in organisations spanning 30 countries!

We must be doing something right; our clients stick with us. We could not have made it to this grand old age without our ever-growing user-base, so we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU, and here’s to the next 25 years!
