House-on-the-Hill is highlighting its continuing goal of taking on the big guns of IT Service Management by holding its next User Conference at the home of football giant killers Fulham.
The Manchester-based software firm is also celebrating the success of another football client following Newcastle United’s promotion back to the English Premier League.
House-on-the-Hill said its third annual User Group would take place at Fulham FC’s ground at Craven Cottage, London, on 20 October. The club has been a client for over four years and uses the firm’s SupportDesk tool for IT Service Management and Facilities Management.
Fulham narrowly lost the final of the Europa League 2-1 to Athletico Madrid but on the way defeated Italian giants Juvenus, German champions Wolfsburg and reigning champions Shakhtar Donesk from the Ukraine.
Newcastle United, which topped the English Championship league in the recently finished season, also uses SupportDesk for IT Service Management.
The conference agenda will include a presentation by Managing Director Iain Broadhead on the firm’s plans and new products for 2011.
It has been a champion year for House-on-the-Hill as well as many of our customers, Broadhead commented. Holding our annual User Group at the stadium of one of Europe’s up-and-coming football clubs underlines our ambition of netting even more big business in the months and years ahead.
