itSMF – House-on-the-Hill exhibit at the itSMF Software Tooling Forum

House-on-the-Hill exhibited at the itSMF Software Tooling Forum, hosted at Manchester City’s Etihad stadium. With talks and presentations throughout the day, the event was aimed at providing attendees with all the latest updates that have occurred within the world of IT service management software.

The House on the Hill team were delighted to meet everyone that came to the stand, looking to find out more about SupportDesk helpdesk software solutions for ITSM, customer support and facilities management.

A great platform for showcasing the latest SupportDesk developments, the event was an insightful and rewarding experience for visitors looking to discover service management software tools and capabilities. The day was a useful tool for service delivery managers and service desk managers to discuss and exchange ideas on how to improve the efficiency of IT support environments.
