IT in Housing 2011
HotH will be attending the IT in Housingshow this year at Olympia Conference Centre, London on the 22nd and 23rd of November. The show, now in its 11th year, always promises to be a useful insight into the current IT environment within the housing sector, and offers talks and presentations throughout the day. If you are planning to attend the conference, be sure to pay the HotH stand a visit!

User Group – 18 Days and Counting!
We can confirm that this year’s guest speaker will be Barclay Rae : an IT Service Delivery expert with many years of experience in the field of effective IT Service Management. Barclay will be speaking on behalf of the Service Desk Institute and we are really looking forward to what promises to be an insightful and dynamic talk!

Welcome Edinburgh Academy
This month we would are pleased to welcome the Edinburgh Academy to the HotH family as new SupportDesk customers. The city centre school delivers teaching from nursery to secondary level, providing a well-rounded education for children as they embark upon their chosen educational paths.

The Academy offers a modern sports centre, the facilities of which are used not only by the school, but by the local community, businesses and youth clubs. So a big HotH welcome to Edinburgh Academy, we look forward to a long and happy working relationship.
