Generate a BeyondTrust Session directly from a ticket
Keep the remote support process within the Incident Management workflow by giving Agents the option to generate a BeyondTrust session directly from an Incident. The remote session request button once enabled can be added easily to call forms using the drag and drop forms designer. Once clicked, an email notification is automatically sent to the Customer to alert that a BeyondTrust session has been initiated, with relevant links and guidance on how best to connect.
