We are excited to be exhibiting at the SDI conference from June 17th-18th, at Birmingham Hilton Metropole. The Service Desk Institute conference provides a great platform for the discussion of current ITSM software issues and ideas of how to improve the ways in which business service desks operate. There promises to be lots of inspiring talks throughout the course of the two day event, including a Keynote from Gold Medal-winning Former Paralympic Swimmer Marc Woods, plus an Energiser from Neville Wilshire: star of BBC series The Call Centre!
