SupportDesk ITSM, FOIFM and HR now listed on G-Cloud 9

G-Cloud 9 is the latest framework of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) strategy. The CCS works with both departments and organisations across the whole of the public sector to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and improve the quality of service delivery. The CCS goal is to become the “go-to” place for expert commercial and procurement services. As such, a marketplace of ‘pay-as-you-go’ services is offered to organisations, and includes SaaS solutions that can be easily scaled up or down, based on the changing needs of an organisation and its users.

The Digital Marketplace makes it clear and quick for public sector organisations to select the right cloud-based software to suit their requirements by categorising services into three sections, including Cloud Hosting, Cloud Software and Cloud Support. Now, House-on-the-Hill’s G-Cloud portfolio has expanded, with the submission of four SaaS solutions to the new G-Cloud 9 framework, all of which are listed in the Cloud Software category. These are SupportDesk ITSM, SupportDesk FOISupportDesk FM and SupportDesk HR.

These SaaS solutions make it easy for public sector organisations to streamline IT service management, process Freedom of Information requests, maintain facilities and fulfil HR helpdesk tickets, all from an enterprise platform hosted by House-on-the-Hill.
