Western Banks on House-on-the-Hill for IT Support

Puerto Rico-based Westernbank (www.wbpr.com) has selected House-on-the-Hill to provide its new IT Help Desk solution.

We needed a tool with the necessary functionality to manage our Help Desk and facilitate support for internal customers, said Luis Mendez, Westernbank’s IT Help Desk Manager.

The Desk supports internal customers including those in the technical, security and applications sections, and deals with hardware and software problems.

Among the benefits will be the ability to document all issues, establish a knowledge database and generate reports for management, Mendez added.

Westernbank offers a full range of business and consumer financial services and owns Westernbank Insurance Corp.
