House-on-the-Hill exhibit at SDITS 2012: pick n mix 7 cloud service desk solutions for enterprise service management!
After another incredibly busy year at the The Service Desk and IT Support Show, the House-on-the-Hill team were delighted to meet everyone that visited the HotH stand to discuss their service desk requirements.
New SupportDesk functionality was on display non-stop throughout the two days of the show, with new SupportDesk 2012 features such as SupportDesk Mobile for Touch devices, Availability Management and Automated Change Authorisation on display. At the HotH stand there was also the option to sign up for free hosted trials that allow visitors to try out the software for themselves in their own time. Trials are available to sign up for or download on the HotH website.
It wasn’t just SupportDesk that drew visitors to the stand however; this year, House-on-the-Hill offered their very own Pick ‘n’ Mix selection to show attendees. Referencing the ability to select from the variety of seven different SupportDesk solutions in order to produce a multi-platform enterprise service desk, visitors were able to get their own goodie bags of sweets, including custom made House-on-the-Hill rock! Visitors were also made aware of the fact that customers such as Nando’s Restaurants benefit from pick and mixing their service desk solution, and managing multiple business areas (in Nando’s case IT Service Management and Facilities Management) through a single interface.
