IT Service Management software specialist House-on-the-Hill is marking IT Service and Support Week by holding its second annual User Group event.

This will take place in Birmingham on Wednesday 7 October, hosted by client BT Expedite.

Among the speakers will be Howard Kendall, Founder and Chairman of the Service Desk Institute (SDI) who has promised a whistlestop tour of what’s hot in service.

Mike Charles of Manchester-based House-on-the-Hill commented: Our inaugural User Group last year was a resounding success with good feedback from attendees, and were determined to build on this success with an even better programme this year.

As well as being held in the middle of IT Service Week from 5-9 October, the event also coincides with National Customer Service Week, he added. This is particularly appropriate for House-on-the-Hill since a recent comprehensive industry survey showed how highly our own customer service is regarded.
