UK software company turns 20: this month, House-on-the-Hill Software Ltd. is delighted to be celebrating its 20th year in the service management software industry. The company could not have reached this ripe old age without all of their wonderful customers, so the entire team were keen to send a thank you out to all SupportDesk service desk software users.
The first SupportDesk system was released and implemented in 1993, and the House-on-the-Hill business was born (operating from a house on a hill!). Now, after moving to a larger site and with 1000s of customers worldwide, House-on-the-Hill are thrilled to say that the business has continued to go from strength to strength over the years. Taking pride in the strong working relationships that cultivated between consultants and customers, the business has always placed high importance on a personable and friendly approach to working with customers.
