At House-on-the-Hill, we are always working to meet the expanding needs of our customers, and to make any enhancements that we can to our market leading service desk solution.
In response to various customer feedback, exciting new developments are underway in SupportDesk. These include the investigation into a Graphical workflow management designer and added functionality for Support Staff Availability Management. So watch this space for these upcoming new additions.
Another One Gone ITIL
As part of our promise to our customers to keep HotH staff in-the-know and up-to-date with the latest industry goings-on, we aim for all of our consultancy staff to be ITIL qualified. As such, one of the newest additions to the House-on-the-Hill fold has recently completed and successfully passed the ITIL v3 Foundation qualification.

Welcome to the new arrivals at House-on-the-Hill over the last month or so: taking their service desk needs forward with SupportDesk are Mitchell Charlesworth and The Oil and Pipelines Agency, with existing customer Bord Na Mona expanding their service desk to incorporate SupportDesk HR. We warmly welcome them into the House family and look forward to supporting all their service desk needs with a fruitful working relationship.
