At House-on-the-Hill, we provide service desk software to an incredibly broad gamut of company type, size and sector. We are proud to say that a large number of our customers consist of charitable organisations, and, getting to know our SupportDesk users, we are continually in awe of the incredible work that these members of the House-on-the-Hill family perform.

One such SupportDesk user is The Deaf Children’s Society, who since 1944 have been implementing their mission to remove the barriers to the achievement of deaf children throughout the world. This mission is realized by the NDCS through various channels, such as working with families of deaf children, providing a space to share experiences and staging numerous fundraising events.

One event that the NDCS are currently involved with is Gold Challenge: the first and only Olympic and Paralympic sport based charity challenge. Two spaces have been awarded to the highest Gold Challenge fundraisers to take part in a 100m race in the Olympic Stadium that will be watched by a crowd of 20,000. Not only that, but the runners will be among the very first people in the world to run on the 100m track, so we will be cheering for the NDCS athletes that have won this exciting opportunity!
