Manchester-based IT Service Management (ITSM) software house House-on-the-Hill has highlighted its growing international spread by announcing its first participation in a major overseas event.

The firm will make its international debut at the Pink Elephant Global ITSM Conference and Exhibition in Las Vegas from 22-25 February 2009.

We’ve had clients in North America since House-on-the-Hill started in 1993. In fact our very first sales enquiry came from the USA, said Managing Director Iain Broadhead. ‘so it’s logical that we should start spreading our wings in international events in North America.

The firm’s current North American clients include: Digimarc Corporation, the main supplier of US driver licences; leading provider of integration and fulfillment solutions for multi-channel eCommerce merchants Commerce Hub of Albany, New York; Jackson County, Ohio; and Kroll, the world’s leading risk consulting company, the University of British Columbia and NCR Corporation in Canada.

‘showcasing our products in Las Vegas will be a vivid demonstration that our products and clients are truly global, and hopefully open up even more markets for us in North America, Broadhead added.

Latest enhancements to House-on-the-Hill’s SupportDesk product include support for multiple time zones and automatic translation of key phrases into different languages.
